Suppress downloading RARs
i automate my DLs via Vuze, Switch and iVI Pro. I run into a problem when downloading shows that are released as RARs. Any way you can add a feature to not DL torrents containing archived files?

Hi kirk,
Which TVShows version are you using? In the last version (2.0RC), when the "use additional sources" option in the preferences is unchecked, TVShows will only download rar files if the traditional mkv hasn't been published within 12 hours from the rar release. You can customize this "timeout" by using the terminal, as explained here.
Keep in mind that if you set a huge timeout to avoid rars completely, you may not get much HD content, since most HD releases are published in rar.

I have the HD content unchecked. So, hopefully, I'll get the non rar files with a higher time out. I'll check my version and perform the terminal customization when I get home. Thank you so much for your quick reply.

It's really strange that you get rar files when you don't want content in HD... can you tell us some examples of shows/episodes downloaded in rar, and send us the log (it's in the About tab -> View logs) so we can take a look?
Just to be sure, you're using the latest version (2.0RC), right?
