Meu Bar Symbol fo dark mode
Is Mac OX X 10.10. you can switch to a dark mode. Unfortunately the menu bar symbol is hardly recognizable this way. Maybe you could provide a better symbol that also fits dark mode.

You can replace the black icon w/ the white one in the meantime. Take a look at this shell script which will backup the original black icon and replace it with the white one.
