Menu icon
It would be really helpful to have an option to leave the menu icon at the top even when the functionality is disabled. As I frequently turn it off and back on, depending on my vpn connection status, opening the preferences every time becomes cumbersome. I know this would mean splitting the functionality off into a separate helper app and in turn mean more resources, however I think if the only thing it does when tv_shows is off is report as much and allow it to be turned on from there the impact should be nil.

Hi Joe,
Thanks for your suggestion, we will consider it for future version 3.0, which will be written from scratch and allow us more flexibility in programming.
