Adding custom RSS & request to add a show

Hi,
I am looking for instructions for adding a custom RSS for Whitechapel to tvshows. I looked through the support pages.
Can point me to the page I need?

Also, if you haven't seen it, Whitechapel is a very good show. I suspect other users might like it added to the shows list. It is available on piratebay.

    If you refresh your showlist you should be able to subscribe to Whitechapel.
