how can I backup my tv shows for moving to a new pc?

Your subscriptions are stored in ~/Library/Application Support/TVShows 2/, just backup that folder and after installing TVShows in your new mac, replace the corresponding folder with your backup.
Keep in mind that the Library folder is by default hidden in Lion, if you can't see it in the Finder just click on the "Go" menu in the Finder, then "Go to folder", and copy the address.
