Security/anonymity
TVShows is awesome!
Any recommendations on anonymity and securely downloading .torrent files using TVShows?

Hi Anon,
First, it may be more secure to activate support for magnet links, since they will work even if The Pirate Bay is blocked. The rest of the TVShows options are not relevant for anonymity (sending "anonymous system information" is, well, very anonymous, we don't even log your IP).
If you use Transmission, you can force it to use only encrypted peers: go to the preferences, peers tab and then select both "Prefer encrypted peers" and "Ignore unencrypted peers". I think uTorrent also has that option, I don't know about others. With that, your ISP or any other party cannot see what are you downloading (they may see that you are downloading a lot of data from many peers, however).
Anyway, I must say that I'm not a big expert in this matter, since downloading torrents in my country is not illegal at all.
