Please explain yourself, there's not a character limit here ;)
The preset list only has shows without embedded subtitles, this way any user can search for the ones they want (we plan to include automatic subtitles downloading in version 3.0, in the mean time you can use SolEol that lets you download them with one click). If you know a source that uploads VOSTFR content to The Pirate Bay, you can add it as a custom show following these steps from our blog.
