is there is a way to add private tracker RSS feed?
would love to set up rss feed from private tracker, for example torrentday.com is there a way of doing it, if so how would i do it? thanks in advance

Yes you can, that's the only way I've used TVShows for a couple years now. Just click Add Custom RSS and set up your URL.
Unfortunately the application itself doesn't appear to work at all anymore so sadly, I don't think it will matter that you set it up or not.
