showRSS + TVShows

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for all the recent comments regarding ways to keep TVShows alive. I really like it and have an established process I really don't feel like changing right now (i.e. by switching to Catch). I've updated some of my subscriptions to a showRSS feed and TVShows does indeed pick up the latest episodes. But, the files always remain in the Downloads folder and are not moved to folders of the individual shows else where on the computer, like they were before. Has anybody had this experience? If so, any suggested fixes? Thanks again!

    Is this a torrent client preference problem or?
