how to make it only get the highest seeded mp4 file

hi i was wondering if there is a way to only use the highest seeded mp4 extension torrent video file as they tend to be in the 300-500 mb range for a 720P episode for a series VS the MKV based files which are much larger ( around a 1 gb) per episode.
I am having to either manually convert them now or manually download them.
