Why is TVShows asking for Accessibility permissions?
I'm curious as to why TVShows needs this. Today on Mavericks (which I've had installed and has been successfully running TVShows for weeks) asked for Accessibility permission. My question is why and why now? Does it need access for certain functionalities? If so, which ones?
Thanks,
~Paik

Since Mavericks is slightly different than previous OS X so the 2.1(630) version needs this permission while the 2.0(616) didn't. The purpose of that is be able to select the command from the TVShowsapp menu in the Finder toolbar so when you select one of those four menu command,(Subscription...,Sync...,Preferences...,Submit Feedback...), it will launch the system preference and go to TVShowsapp preference pane. (Same goes for "About TVShows"
Hope that explains... Because that's what happens after I installled 2.1 and I clicked "About TVShows" and that dialog popped asking me to tick the box in Privacy under Security & Privacy.
