Transmission asking for save location

Hi, if I go away from my mac for a few days and come back, I come back to about 30 stacked windows of transmission asking where to save each show to. I used to have it that if I left it for a few days it would just automatically download the shows to my save location (an external drive) and it wouldn't ask me anything at all. This all started after I restored my computer when I installed mavericks. I dot know if it's a problem with either Mavericks or Transmission or TV shows, if someone could show me their settings on transmission and TVshows that would help, I'm sure I've just got the settings set up wrong, thanks :)

It looks like it will! Thanks, pirate bay is blocked in my country so how would I go about that? What do I do with the save location and the magnet priority checkbox?

    Hi Jordan,

    From the article I linked:

In TVShows preferences the magnet option is selected, and in Transmission the default location is set to Same as torrent file. Those options are not compatible, since there is no torrent file to chose the download folder. To fix that, choose another download location in Transmission, or deselect the magnet option in TVShows if you do not need it (that is, if your ISP or country does not block The Pirate Bay).

Will that still arrange my files in the way shown in my picture? all that file arrangement was done by TVShows. what save location should i choose instead of "same as torrent" to keep my files downloading to their respective folders? thanks, sorry for all the questions.

    Hi Jordan,

No, the "sort in folders" feature is not compatible with magnets, sorry for the inconvenience.
