Downloading 2 versions of the same episode
I notice that new episodes are downloaded both x264 and 720p versions. What am I doing wrong in the settings?

Does it happen to custom subscriptions or preset list ones? For custom subscriptions, TVShows downloads every available item in the feed.
In preset list subscriptions, TVShows should only download the "non ideal" version (HD if you usually want SD and SD if you usually want HD) if the "ideal" one has not been downloaded in a specified time (18 hours by default). That's so you don't miss an episode, but if for example you keep your computer off for a long while (passed the timeout), when you switch it back on TVShows sees that it has not downloaded your ideal version so it downloads every available version.
If none of those is your case, please send us the log (About tab -> View logs, please paste the content into a text file and attach it to the message) and give us some examples so we can take a look.
