Which Library should TVShows be in?
I see that I have TVShows in both my User + HD Library PreferencePanes folders. I’m sure it should only be in 1 of them, but which one? Thanks in advance for the answer.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Shouldn't matter. Only difference should be that if it's in your user library only that account can use it, and would require every account to install it themselves (redundant), while when it's in the main library every user on your Mac can use it.
Should make no difference towards functionality of the app.
