SD shows downloaded as HD
A few other people have raised this, but there is a problem with the prefer HD function. With the most recent episode of Falling Skies TVShows downloaded a SD version, despite a HD version being uploaded by a TPB VIP 6mins later. The ep that was downloaded DID NOT have 720p in the title, only "HDTV". I don't really know how this all works, but it looks like you need to add something that ensures the file is a 720p version and not a lower res version of a HDTV rip.

Hi Richard,
What do you mean by "TPB VIP"? We determine the sources for each show, we don't have a "TPB VIP" list that we use for any show. For this show, the source is EZTV, because it used to upload both SD and HD version, but it seems lately it only uploads the SD version.
So TVShows is downloading the SD version on purpose, not because the "HDTV" in the title... it is programmed so after a timeout, if it doesn't find the preferred version in the feed (in this case it doesn't because the HD version "doesn't exist"), it will download any available version (SD in this case). You can read more about the timeout and how to customize it in our knowledge base (but keep in mind that, since EZTV doesn't upload any HD version for this show lately, rising the timeout will only result in having to wait more to have the episode... in SD).
At this moment we cannot change the user for HD episodes, so if you want HD, you will need to create a custom show for that, you can read how in our knowledge base too.
