Hi Faith,
What do you need help with? The app is pretty self-explanatory: you subscribe to a show and then it downloads every new episode.
We have a two part article in our blog (part 1, part2) explaining every TVShows option and button. It's from version 2.0b7, which is quite old, so new options have appeared, but it will help you get started. You can also read our knowledge base for common problems and questions.
