Hey there!

I have noticed that, even though I have ticked every possible DOWNLOAD HD-OPTION, TVShows2 keeps downloading non-720p-files, even though there are plenty available on TPB.

Is that a known issue?

   Hi lamy,

   TVShows doesn't get any TPB file, it only downloads content from trusted sources. So even if the episode is available in TPB, TVShows may not find it. In this case, after a timeout it downloads the SD version so you don't miss an episode.

   The default timeout is 18 hours, you can change it via the terminal, as explained in this article from our knowledge base.

   Is it possible to add TPB to the list of sources and then add a filter that filters the files with "720p" in the file name?

   Hi lamy,

   Our sources are certain users from TPB (it depends on the show, but EZTV, TVTeam, VTV are among our trusted users). If you want to use a different source (one that uploads more HD content, for example) you can add shows as custom feeds, also explained in our knowledge base.

   HD content is always filtered out by searching for 720p in the file name.
