I see that The Soup is in your list (http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=82483&lid=7) But there are no shows that are showing up.

Hi Chris,
Thank you very much for reporting it.
It had a stupid typo, now it is fixed and if you refresh your show list the episodes will appear :) If you don't refresh it manually, the show list will automatically be refreshed some time in this week.
