mp4 files on Apple TV 1st gen
Hi all,
I loved the move to the new .mp4 file format, but I just realize they don't play on my Apple TV 1st ten. It plays fine on everything else (iTunes and Apple TV 2) but not the first gen. The weird thing is the it syncs the file as it is compatible, starts playing but no image comes out and the device freezes forcing a reset.
Any ideas why? What is the reason behind? Any chance of making them compatible?

Hi D3,
It's probably because the .mp4 settings the scene is using now are not compatible with the first gen Apple TV. You can always convert the .mp4 into a different .mp4 that will play in your original Apple TV, the same way you used to do when the scene released .avi files.
