no such pipe or this pipe has been deleted
I'm seeing this on a lot of my shows suddenly...
for example...
The Daily Show with John Stewart - in SD
The Simpsons - in SD
Foyle's War in SD

I am seeing the same problem. I am wondering if it has to do with release groups now issuing the files in mp4 and x264 formats and not avi.
