Intel-based Mac - will not start

I try to start TVShows, and it has a pop up dialog that says:

You can't open TVShows preferences because it doesn't work on an Intel-based Mac.

I am running this on an iMac that is Intel based.

   Hi Chris,

   Did this happen with the latest version? Try to download it again, it may be corrupted:

   http://tvshowsapp.com/TVShows.zip

   If yes, can you try to install this version (it is the previous one):

   http://tvshowsapp.com/files/TVShows-591.zip
