Can't download torrent to local folder

Hi,

Since The Pirate Bay is now blocked in Spain, I can't download torrent files to a local folder. I can only use the "Prioritize magnet links...". Is there any way to force TVShows to download the file instead of using magnet links? It would also be very helpful an option to use a proxy server, so I can use The Pirate Bay using proxies from another country. Thanks!
