New shows aren't populating - I see Mr. Robot & The Brink have been "resolved" in the New Show Request section but even after refreshing the Subscriptions they are not appearing. Help!

Are the still people using this.. I had the impression that the developers have quit with this application a long time ago... Sad but true.
