Downloads 720 files when HD is off

HI Folks,
Recently it has started downloading 720 files even when HD is off, is there a way to prevent this?

    This is not new... it's been doing that for me for at least a year. I have FileBot set up to rename the files to identify the 720 files, which I then delete later. Often the 720 will download along with the SD version.
