Every time I try downloading an episode a sign pops up saying "Cannot connect. Please try again or check your internet connection" even though I have a connection. I was wondering if I could do anything about it.

Same here. Been this way since two days ago. Also, the add shows function isn't refreshing anymore. Hope it works again soon. Keep up the good work.

This happens to me too whenever I try to download a specific episode. Recent episodes download fine but I want to watch the start of the season not episode 15.
