Creates new folder, however no files

Hi, i've set up both TVShows 2 and Transmission as per the faq's here, when a show is available the folder is correctly created, however no file ever gets downloaded? I've checked on the subscriptions and it says that the episode has been downloaded??

As well as trying to sort this, is there anyway to get the app to re-download the last episode? I can't see a way to get it to download the file again?
