TV Shows not downloading

Hi guys,

TV Shows aren't downloading again. Been on and off for a while but now have to report it. The Big Bang Theory, The Following, Two and Half Men all haven't downloaded this week.

Could you please investigate/advise.

   Me too. Nothing downloads. But it is somehow kind enough to create empty folder in Finder. So at least i know there is something new awaiting download.

   Mmm, really weird, can you please send your logs to [email blocked]? It's on the About tag, View Logs button.

   Hi,
   I'm having the same problem. Nothing has downloading since jan 30th. At all. no ncis, elementalist, castle. nothing at all. internet is working tvshows seems to be running, i've rebooted etc.. a bit at a loss. I've loved this app for last few years but not sure what went wrong.

   I'm now having a problem with Impractical Jokers. File was loaded into TVShows feed on 14 February, but never downloaded. Log is attached.

   There is a strange line that says
   2014-02-14 06:33:03.296 INFO: [631 ~ Downloader] Checking for new episodes.
   2014-02-14 06:33:08.713 INFO: [631 ~ Downloader] Downloading (null).
   2014-02-14 06:33:08.713 INFO: [631 ~ Downloader] Attempting to download new episode: No such pipe, or this pipe has been deleted

   Could this be the problem? I don't have any custom pipes with Impractical Jokers.

   Some shows are downloading some aren't. The following had been downloading but now stopped.

   My log is attached. One line reads "2014-02-18 14:25:28.768 INFO: [631 ~ Downloader] Using a cached show list (2014-02-14 15:15:32 +0000)." The cached show list is 14 February. Not updating?
