something wrong with my configuration.

Hi. Back again for a little advice.
TVShows has the potential to be a life-saver app but some things are not clear to me.
I have subscribed to my favorite shows. That seems to work OK.
But here is what is happening that I don't know how to fix.

I have both TVShows and Transmission configured to place downloaded files in a special folder I have created on my desktop and to trash the torrent file. If I download a file manually (not using TVShows), Transmission puts the file in that folder and trashes the torrent. (I just did that with the Mentalist torrent that TVShows left on my desktop. See below. Had to first delete the file from the Transmission list to do so)

For example, through TVShows, last night Transmission downloaded the latest episode of The Mentalist. I know because it is in the seeding list. But the file never showed up on my computer and the actual torrent was still on my desktop.
So I am figuring something is wrong with my TVShows setup. But I can't figure out what. I have searched discussions and support before writing.
It is obvious that Transmission downloaded the file. Where did it put it? Why wasn't the torrent trashed?

I have attached a screenshot of my configuration to help.

   I don't quite understand. Can you attach your Transmission preferences, and your TVShows log (About tab -> View logs)?

   Hi Richard,

   From your Transmission preferences I see that the torrents are downloaded in a folder called "new downloads ...". When they are downloading they start in your Downloads folder, but when they finished they are moved there.

   Also, you can always open the destination folder from Transmission. I'm don't remember if double-clicking on the Transmission item works, but anyway an option should appear in you right-click the item.
