Unable to connect
After I updated to 2.1 everything worked like a dream for a few hours and then the downloads stopped working. When I try to manually download the shows through the app I get the message "Cannot connect, try again later or check your internet connection"
I am running Maverick and my internet connection is working. Is this a feed problem on my end or something else?
I appreciate all of your hard work to provide this AWESOME service.

Apparently if i prioritize the magnet links I receive the eztv torrents that won't download through the tvapp but I can use eztv manually.

Fixed the problem, I guess that error can mean there is a problem with the save location. I had inadvertently changed the drive name. This can be closed

choosing a new save location fixed my issue.

The exactly what I had to do.
My situation was that I use an external drive and somehow the label got changed. Anyway long story short I went in through preferences and actually re selected the location.
Hope this helps.

Hi all,
Sorry for the late reply, is everything working back again for all of you? If not, check this and let us know whether it works or not:

Well, piratebay has changed their domain name, and the prioritize magnets doesnt work. I get unresolvable errors through the prioritize links.

It stopped working for me this week too. Nothing is automatically downloading and when I click to download manually I get the error that there is no connection. I re-did the location of the saved torrents, made no difference.

Might as well join and and say, "Ditto! I'm in the same boat." TVShows is not downloading. Well I shouldn't say not completely. It sometimes decides it will download one subscription but not others. And then sometimes it decides it wants to download a HD version even though I have HD turned off. But generally, it is not downloading subscriptions.
Currently I am getting a "Cannot Connect" error when I try to manually download episodes.
I ran through the test that Cristina said. I believe the problem in on TVShows server side. Have you guys updated your stuff to the new Pirate Bay site (.ac) which will later change to (.pe)? I am pretty sure this is the issue here. But I could be wrong.

Yes it's working again. The prioritize magnets still doesn't work or me. But I'm looking at it on my end. I think it might be because I'm using frostwire.

Hi all,
Sorry for the late reply. The domain changes should be unnoticeable to TVShows users, since we use the old domains (.org and .se) and up to this moment they have always been redirected to the ones used by TPB (currently .pe). The day .org and .se don't redirect anymore will be the time when we have to update our system.
Some magnets are not working, we are aware of that and working on releasing a fix. Please read this discussion and refer to it for further notifications.
The "cannot connect" error is probably caused by not using magnets in a country where TPB is blocked.
Please let me know if you have any more questions (not related to the magnets issue).
