Problems downloading shows

Recently TVShows has stopped downloading new shows. From what I've read, there is a 2.1 release, as well as some issues recently that were resolved. However, when I try to download the 2.1 release, I just get 2.0. And the issues don't seem resolved to me.

For instance, I had to manually download shows that were released last tuesday and wednesday...
Tuesday
    New Girl S03E08
    Person of Interest S03E08
Wednesday
   Arrow S02E06
   Revolution S02E08
   Modern Family S05E07
   American Horror Story S03E06
   South Park S17E07

When I open tv shows, non of these shows appear as downloadable, but they are readily available on TPB.

So, is it possible to get a quick, easy status update to the following questions (without having to read the other threads that are now long and confusing)

1) Is 2.1 out, and if so, how do I get it?
2) Why aren't my shows updating? Will they start to update going forward (and this was just a one time hiccup)?

    I guess I, like a lot of others, didn't realize how much I needed TVShows.app. When it started downloading, I immediately went to the Donate site, but I only speak english. Is there a way I can donate in english? I don’t mean to add to all the work you’ve already done! Just want to thank you!

    @Ken

    use the Donate button in TVShows instead of the website, it will take you to english one. The button on TVShows takes you to Spanish version since the developer is from Spain.

    Hi all,

    First, as you already noticed, the issues have now been resolved. Please read our blog post for more information.

    Second, I'm afraid our support platform doesn't support sticky posts or status notes, but I still don't think it's so hard to flick through the comments and read the ones written by support staff. And duplicated threads don't help reduce confusion.

    Third, sometimes things break and the developer doesn't know what caused it until he looks at the code, tests and finally finds the problem. We are as transparent as we can be, if we don't explain what happens is just because we don't know (yet). As you see, as soon as it was solved Víctor published a blog post explaining all the issues in detail. Furthermore, some of you may be advanced users but others just don't know what a feed is or how TVShows works (other than "it magically downloads every new episode"), so all they need to know is "it's broken, we know, we are working on it"... and I think we did.

    And last but not least, I want to specially thank E for replying to users during my absence ;) (and for that "sticky post" you came up with)

    Ken, I think the language PayPal displays depends on the language the destination account is set (we cannot change it), and Víctor's must be set to Spanish... I just tried both from the website and the app and I get the Spanish version :( Sorry for the inconvenience.
