Getting corrupted .rar's and videos
Hi all,
I've been using tv shows since beta version one and love it. In any
case for the last month or so almost ALL of my downloads that they
be .rar's or tv shows has been corrupted. the .rar's don't extract
and die near the end saying error corrupted archive (this has
happenned for flashpoint, csi, closer. and most others). when I
turned off .rar's cause i was fed up of unraring and downloading
useless stuff the video files would start openning up with vlc and
vlc asking to repair the file. Atleast they play once repaired
though but the quantity of shows downloading without the rars is a
lot less.
I'd love to figure out the .rar issue and figure out how to make the changes to make it work.

Hi David,
Which app do you use to extract the .rar files? No other user has complained, so it must be a problem with your app. Try The Unarchiver, we've never had problems with it.
If you turn off the "additional sources" preference TVShows will only download from EZTV but unfortunately they don't upload much HD content :( (if you're running the latest version, 2.0RC1, TVShows should download the SD version if the HD version hasn't been uploaded in 18 hours)
