Rizzoli & Isles
Seasons 1-3 where writen "Rizzoli & Isles" and the new season 4 is being spelled "Rizzoli and Isles" so the new season does not show up.

May also be the reason for Franklin & Bash is not showing up?

This has been solved and TVShows should have downloaded the past episodes, if you don't see them please refresh the show list (there's a button on the bottom left corner of the Add show window).
