Cannot Connect
I keep getting the error in the photo attached 'Cannot connect. Please try again later or check your internet connection'. I know that its nothing to do with my internet connection because everything else is working fine in regard to that. I haven't downloaded anything for a couple of months but now all of a sudden I'm getting this error message. I just wondered whether it was something on your end or whether there is something I can do to fix it. I read the article in regard to trouble shooting but none of it was any help. Any advice in regard to this problem would be a great help

Hi Charlotte,
Can you send us the log (About tab -> View logs, please paste the content into a text file and attach it to the message) so we can take a look?

Hi Ray,
You didn't get to explain your problem. If it's the same Charlotte explained, please read this.
