dual downloads
since yesterday i have notice 2 downloads for each show. like the big bang theory downloaded the x264.LOL.mp4 version and a folder containing the hdtv.lol.mp4 any reason to double downloads? seems annoying and a waste of my resources

Hi OS,
Sorry for the late reply. Is this still happening? I assume you're using the preset list show (please double check if there's a gear icon over the show image, this notes a custom subscription... you could have accidentally conveerted a preset list subscription into a custom one), can you send us the log (About tab -> View logs, please paste the content into a text file and attach it to the message) and provide the quality setting for that show (SD/HD), and other examples you would like me to look into?

no it is no longer happening. must have resolved itself
