Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. When you subscribe to a new show, the "last downloaded" date is set to the date you subscribed, until it downloads a new episode.
I have checked and the feed is up to date with the latest episodes (we had a feed outage around the time of your message and the episode that was supposed to come out on March 22nd appeared in the feed on March 25th), so they should have been downloaded by now, please let me know if they haven't.

The feed is listing files in folders that are over 1 Gb in size. The pipe shows EZTV files under 300 Mb in size before they show up in the feed.

Hi,
If you want the "1 GB" ones check the HD option for that show. If you want the "300 Mb" ones deselect the HD option.
Cheers!

Thanks for replying Victor. I do not have HD selected for Scandal. If you start a download from episode 20 as shown n the screen grab you get a folder containing a 1.8 Gb MKV file.
I am attaching screen grabs. The SD versions are not showing up at all. Notice that the downloads also are enclosed in a folder. If I unsubscribe and create a subscription using the pipe I can get the correct file.
Thanks

Hi wanwiz,
The 1,8Gb file corresponds to a 1080p video, which is unusual for TV shows episodes (HD is usually aired, and thus released, in 720p). TVShows distinguishes SD from HD because HD files have "720p" in the title, so it is taking the 1080p files as SD.
We will probably change that in the future, as more shows are released in 1080p, but for now it is still rare, so things like that can occur. Please download that episode manually and sorry for the inconvenience.
