Problem to download files
Hello,
Since last weekend, I have a problem when trying to download HD
TV shows.
The downloads that are automatically launched are not HD (but mp4
with low resolution) : It usually happens when the download of the
HD version is not available.
In this case, I usually go to the TV Shows panel control and I
start downloading the files manually.
But when I do that, I get an error message "Impossible to download
...Impossible to connect. Please check your internet connexion or
try later".
When I get into the log files, here is what I find :

But if I enter manually these addresses in my web browser, the torrent download starts (so it means I have no issue with TPB or my connexion to this website).
Do you know where the problem comes from ,
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards.
Antoine

Hi Antoine,
So sorry for the late reply. Maybe you have figured it out by now, but you are probably using a proxy or firewall that prevents TVShows from connecting to the internet. If so, you need to give internet access both to TVShows and System Preferences.
Again, my apologies.
