This serie isnt downloading for me, i always have to do it manually, can you check whats wrong?

   Hi Gempisf,

   When you say you download it manually, you mean from the app or you search it anywhere else on the internet?

   As far as I can see, the feed is up to date with the latest episodes, but not all of them are available in HD so if you're subscribed in HD maybe that's why you're not getting them (it should revert back to SD after a couple of days, though).

   If this only happens with this show (i.e. other subscriptions download fine), can you check a couple of things?

   • Type of subscription (custom/preset list): even if you subscribed from the preset list, you could have accidentally converted it to a custom one, you can check that in the show cover, custom subscriptions show a green gear icon over the image (bottom right side). If it's a custom subscription and you didn't intend to, please unsubscribe and subscribe again from the list.
   • Automatic download status: in the subscription, the "Enable downloading new episodes" should be on.
