Nothing is Downloading

The message in the photo comes up when ever i click on the download episode and no new episode download and my internet is definitely working.

   HI Jme,

   Please activate the "prioritize magnets" option. You probably don't have access to The Pirate Bay so TVShows cannot download the torrent files. With magnets, you don't need access to TPB.

   Hi, I was having the same problem. But after I activated the "prioritize magnets" the files are not starting to download at all.

   Hi Lina,

   By "the same problem" you mean that you clicked the arrow to manually download episodes and the message popped up? And it's still popping up after activating magnets? If so, can you send us the log? (About tab -> View logs, please paste the content into a text file and attach it to the message)

   If you don't see that message, then it's not the same problem and magnets have nothing to do with it ;) The log would also help, but please take a look at this article from our knowledge base with the usual reasons TVShows may not be downloading episodes.

   I HAVE access to TPB, but prioritizing magnets helped. Shows downloaded automaticaly correctly, but manualy i had this error, now it seems that it works. Thanks
