Hi, both Simpsons and Family Guy have been downloading twice lately. That is to say a torrent is started for both, and then completes. A few hours later, they both download again. The uploader is [speedcd], and the episodes were the latest from Sunday(11th).

Thanks!

    Hi Richard,

That can happen with custom subscriptions. If you subscribed from the preset show list, is it possible that you accidentally converted those subscriptions to custom ones? (you should see a gear icon over the show image)

If that's the case, please unsubscribe and subscribe again, and avoid clicking the Edit button and then the Save button on preset list subscriptions ;)

If not, please send us the log (~/Library/Logs/TVShows/TVShows.log) and the subscriptions file (~/Library/Application Support/TVShows 2/).

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply! They don't have gears, they were not added custom.
I've attached the two files you requested.

    Thanks again!

    Hi Richard,

From what I see in the Subscripcions file, those two shows are indeed custom subscriptions. As I said, you may have converted them to custom by mistake (it's quite easy if you're curious enough to click "Edit" in the subscription), it's weird that you don't see the gear icons (maybe they're camouflaged into the shows images? I don't know).

In the end, my advice is still the same: unsubscribe and subscribe again to those shows ;)
