TVShows Helper does not start
This comment was split from the discussion: Checking for new episodes does not occur after automatic update
Hi,
here's my log file.
In addition, I forgot to mention that I can't connect to Miso
anymore as well.
When I enter my credentials, the app tries to connect but won't
finish.
Both things sound like connection time out issues - maybe some
shows work and some however do not and since it hangs on one show,
but doesn't properly timeout the whole process is stuck? Just my 2
cents...
Thanks!

Hi again,
From your log it seems that you have disabled TVShows. You need to open the pref pane and enable it (big button at the left). For convenience, please check the "Show icon in the menubar": if you see an icon, the downloader is correctly loaded, if not, please get back to us.

Hi,
I can assure you that I enabled the app ;)
I played around with it a little to see if it simple starts if I switch it off/on again - no effect :(
I do see the logo in the bar and when I open the context menu, it says "Updating... Please wait" (in german - so maybe the english wording is different ;) )
Just to be sure, here is my log again and I double checked, that the app is switched on.

If you see the menubar icon, then the downloader process is running. So new episodes will be downloaded. Leave it enabled and let's see if new episodes appear.

I'll monitor it - but it hasn't updated since Nov. 18th.
I attached two screenshots to show you my current status/config.

Strange... can you send again the log? Sorry for the inconveniences, but now it should say something different since the helper did start :/

I completely uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.
It looks OK now - the only thing is, that the MISO login doesn't work - it's stuck after I entered my credentials and hit the login button.
Therefore I had to entered all my subscriptions again, but so far it looks ok - now I'll wait until a new episode is released - fingers crossed, that it will get picked up...

Maybe, the Miso is "stuck" because you have a lot of subscriptions, that's why it's slow... Anyway, sorry for the inconveniences!
