I am having difficulty downloading torrents directly from "TVShows 2" Is there any way to select which torrent program can be used to process the torrent? I have 3 torrent programs but the only way I can get a torrent to process is to leave TVShows 2 - look up the torrent on kick ass, download from there and process through VUZE.
I have the newest MAC with quad core 7i processor - 8 GIGs ram - lots of terabyte storage.
please advise - thank you !
THe attached file is a png graphics file - a snap shot of the window using the "Bit torrent" program - the photo shows that the downloads are not permitted - there is a 8 sided red octagon with a white exclamation point in the center of the sign - proving that a download is not permitted with this torrent processor program !

    Hi Keith,

TVShows just launches the default app for .torrent files. If you want to use VUZE, just click on a .torrent file you have already downloaded, hit Cmd+i, go to the "Open with" section, select VUZE on the dropdown menu (if it doesn't appear, click "Other" and search for it in your Applications folder) and click the "Change all" button. Then, if you click any .torrent file it should open VUZE, and TVShows will also trigger it.

Also, please note that you can edit your messages, there's no need to publish the same message more than once.

HI - thanks for the heads up on the file exchange - I have done this in the past with other programs to get movies for example to open with VLC rather than say QuickTime. I should have thought of this myself
but I was looking for a preference in SHowsTV 2 - which is not available - thanks again [email blocked]
